Foam Fest - Family Friendly Games

Come join us for the second nerf war in the Foam Fest 2024, calendar where teams will battle it out in an 130fps family event in an abandoned department store in the heart of Newbury.

The venue is laid out over two floors with stairwells, corridors, offices and fitting rooms to explore and conquer as teams manouver to take their objectives. The twists and turns and dark corners make for some intense close-quarters battles where kids of all ages can slog it out in the race for foam supremacy.

This event is suitable for players aged 12+. Any players under 18 years of age will need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Players need to be onsite and ready to start at 7pm.

*FPS limits: 130fps (100fps for MEGA or Rival)

There will be a small dart pool, but players are encouraged to bring their own.

Eyepro is mandatory when in game zone.

No blaster discharging in the safe zone. Mags can only be inserted on the game field or the chronograph site.

Above all its a game and only a game.

*FPS relates to the muzzle velocity of your blasters. Within the nerf community there are folks who like to modify/build their own blasters for better performance over those you can find in the shops. Certain events set limits on the performance of blasters to ensure that the games are fair and safe for everyone.

If you've modified your blasters but don't know whether they will conform to these limits, a chronograph will be available on-site so you can check.

If you have no idea what any of this means, don't sweat it. All you need is a blaster and an 'can do' attitude and you'll have a blast.
